Subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, the Hamilton ETF will apply for conditional listing approval for CMAX and IMAX on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”). Hamilton ETF expects these ETFs to be listed under the ticker symbols noted above.

The original prospectus dated April 6, 2026, containing important information related to the ETFs, has been filed with the securities commissions or similar authorities in each province and territory of Canada. A copy of the original prospectus is available at www.sedarplus.ca. Prospective investors cannot purchase units of ETFs until the relevant securities commissions or similar authorities issue receipts for the final prospectus of the ETFs and the ETFs begin trading on the TSX.
