Charlamagne says ICE at the airport is incredibly sweet ‘like the Chick-fil-A employees’

“Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne tha God said Tuesday that he saw ICE agents picking up the slack from TSA agents so efficiently and friendly that he suspected a government “psy-op” was at play.
President Donald Trump signed an executive order over the weekend to pay Transportation Security Administration officials affected by the recent government shutdown. Although the problems from hundreds of TSA agents quitting or leaving the job may continue, the effects of the resumption of payment can be seen immediately.
While some TSA agents have started getting paid, ICE agents are still filling the void, as Charlamagne and his supporters discuss.

“When I flew out of LaGuardia on Friday, I didn’t see any TSA agents. ICE was doing everything,” Charlamagne recalled.
“And how was it? How was your experience?” asked DJ Envy.
“I mean, they were happy to be honest with you,” Charlamagne said. “To be honest, I’m just like, they were, and in that ending I was flying out of LaGuardia, I forgot what the ending was, but yeah, they were as good as the Chick-fil-A employees.”
Chick-fil-A, founded and operated by Christians, is widely known for its friendly and professional staff to the point that it has become a landmark for being the gold standard of great customer service.

Charlamagne tha God has criticized the administration of President Donald Trump in recent months, saying that after his departure, there will be a dissolution of MAGA like the post-war purge of Nazi collaborators and sympathizers in Germany. Charlamagne, has not been shy about denouncing ICE and DHS agents in recent months, even saying that there will be a de-MAGA-ification similar to the dismantling of the government against Nazi collaborators and ideologues after World War II. He found it hard to believe that the same organization he had criticized in the past turned out to be working personally.
“I was thinking, ‘There’s no way in hell these are the same ICE agents that were on the streets of places like Minnesota wearing masks.’ Like they don’t wear a mask, like they’re so beautiful,” she said.

“I think it’s a psy-op for the midterms, right?” Charlamagne said, referring to the idea of the government working to avoid public opinion in deceptive ways.
“Because if you put them in airports, and they are very nice, and they help, and they get things that work well, if they say we will have them in the election in November, nobody will think twice about it,” he said.
Fox News Digital reached out to ICE and did not immediately receive a response.
