FIRST ON FOX: A far-left activist group with ties to anti-ICE protests, Antifa, and broader left-wing organizing is openly calling for “political reform” and a radical overhaul of the American system that includes pressure on college campuses, according to newly obtained training materials.
Slides from the March 2026 Sunrise Movement membership meeting, obtained by Defending Educationput forward the idea of ”structurally changing the foundations of this country” by pursuing “eco-socialism” and “multiracial democracy.”
An internal presentation outlines what the party describes as its “biggest goal,” including passing the Green New Deal and dismantling what it calls the “billionaire 2 party agenda.”
In a slide called “On the Road to Revolution,” the group outlines three top goals for “Phase 1,” including: “‘Stop Trump’s grip on power,” “build unemployment in partnership” with protests like May Day, and “use the 2026 midterms to build electoral success — big wins.”

The plan for Phase 2, which takes place in 2028, includes “MASS strikes,” “2028’s largest turnout in history,” “massive mobs against Trump + his businessmen.”
Phase 3 of the “political revolution” is scheduled for 2029 to 2031, and Phase 4 in 2032 and beyond is titled “The New Order,” which the presentation says will include: “Happiness (maybe).”
The materials highlight specific corporate targeting practices, including hotel chains. One slide reveals tactics such as “booking and canceling reservations at Hilton Hotels” as part of a broader pressure campaign, while another urges college students to push schools to cut ties with companies labeled “ICE services like Hilton” in an effort to “undercut the business’s backbone.”
This strategy ties campus activism directly to national goals, encouraging students to use institutional relationships, such as university vendor contracts, to advance corporate boycotts and broader disruptions.

In addition, the presentation sets out three political scenarios that the party says may occur in the coming years. One, called “full-blown totalitarianism,” thinks Trump was “stealing[ing]”In the upcoming elections, using the military to suppress the opposition, and suppress free speech.
The second scenario, described as “degenerate democracy,” predicts that the Democrats can win elections but cannot govern effectively because of institutional problems, leading to a shift in public opinion and the return of the “authoritarians.”
The third and most popular result presented in the slides calls for “massive non-cooperation and mass electoral turnout” to remove Trump and his allies from power, followed by broad public support for dismantling the current political system and making major economic and social changes.
“While calls for ‘political reform’ by leftist activist groups are not consistent, these coordinated efforts to put economic and social pressure on universities to achieve social ‘democracy’ should raise serious concerns,” Rhyen Staley, director of research at Defending Education, told Fox News Digital. “Our educational institutions should be places of higher education, discovery, and robust debate about ideas and policies, not weaponization or punishment to achieve ‘structural change’ in the political foundations of this country.”

The Sunrise Movement’s leftist ties were enough to raise concerns from the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee in November, Fox News Digital. first reportedespecially its links to Antifa, an organization the Trump administration has labeled a terrorist organization.
Left-wing activist groups such as the Sunrise Movement have been calling for a national strike on May 1, the traditional May Day holiday that has long been embraced by communist and socialist organizations as a day of mass political action.
At the No Kings Rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, in late March, Fox News Digital reported that Ezra Levin, founder of Indivisible, a key organizer of the protest, he joined communists called a national strike and urged protesters to prepare for economic disruption on May Day, similar to the road closures that saw limited success in Minneapolis during the Jan. 23 against Immigrant Development and Detention.
“I want everyone here to put this on their calendars… It’s a strategic goal, a step up… It’s an economic showcase, inspired by Minnesota’s day of truth and action,” Levin told the crowd.
Levin continued, “On May 1, May Day, we say, ‘It’s business as usual.’ No work, no school, no shopping. We will come out and say, ‘We put workers over billionaires and kings.’
