A manhunt is underway for a 22-year-old man suspected of violent crime that includes multiple shootings on highways near the FIFA World Cup at Arrowhead Stadium and altercations with police.

The Kansas City FBI office has announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Oscar Sanchez-Munoz, described as a white, Hispanic man who weighs 184 pounds.

He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, has brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his right arm.

Authorities are issuing a strong warning to the public that Sanchez-Munoz should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

The manhunt for Sanchez-Munoz stems from several violent incidents involving Kansas and Missouri.

A warrant was issued for his arrest Tuesday after he allegedly shot up a car on June 11 in Wyandotte County, Kansas.

In addition to the felony discharge, Sanchez-Munoz has a fugitive warrant for the same count of aggravated assault, which carries a $100,000 bond.

Officials with the Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) said they believe Sanchez-Munoz is also the prime suspect in five shootings Tuesday night in Kansas City, Missouri, that occurred along Interstate 70, a few miles from Arrowhead Stadium – the site of several FIFA World Cup games.

One person was killed in the shooting, another was seriously injured and several others – including an Uber driver who was shot in the leg while taking fans to the World Cup match between Argentina and Algeria – are expected to recover, Fox News reported.

A shooting in Kansas City sparked a heated argument late at night at a home in Independence, Missouri, which ended in a house fire, according to police.

Once the fire was out and the house was deemed safe by firefighters Wednesday morning, investigators, along with a K-9 unit and Missouri State Fire Marshals, searched the burned property thoroughly, but were unable to find Sanchez-Munoz.
