Lauren Sánchez Bezos has a long history of bold fashion choices, and with the Met Gala just days away, Jeff Bezos’ wife is expected to add another standout look to her collection.
Back in 2020, Sanchez made his red carpet debut with Bezos at an Amazon Prime Video event in India. Her first time out with her future husband she wore a low cut, black and red dress with a high slit.
She styled her signature black hair in a side part and Bezos wore a black and silver blazer.

At the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar ceremony, Sanchez and Bezos posted photos that matched the dark look. Sanchez wore a black dress, with embellished details. The dress had a deep neckline and was complete from the waist down.

2024 was a big year for Sanchez. In January, the former journalist and Bezos attended Milan Fashion Week hand in hand. Sanchez wore a sheer black, lace dress with a high-heel top and a corset style. She wears a black undergarment under her shiny dress and drapes a black blazer over her shoulders.

Bezos was seen holding Sanchez’s hand in a black velvet suit.
In March, the couple attended the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Sanchez wore a red, halter dress with a plunging neckline. She wore a statement, diamond necklace with matching earrings on the carpet.

The following month, Bezos and Sanchez attended a White House State Dinner honoring Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida under the previous administration of President Biden. Sanchez put her chest on display in a red lace dress. The corset of her dress was sheer and lined with a stiff, red satin fabric.

On Jan. 2025, Sánchez dressed for the inauguration of President Donald Trump. Sanchez wore a white Alexander McQueen blazer with a plunging V-neck satin blazer and wide leg pants.

She skipped the traditional blouse and opted for a white lace bra instead. She completed the look with a fuzzy coat on a winter day. Sánchez Bezos also paired the dress with a smoky eye, nude glossy lips and a sleek updo. His billionaire beau wore a suit with an oxblood tie.

After the event, Sanchez faced backlash for her choice of dress. He told the New York Times that he was “very proud of himself,” but admitted “there is no lace in the White House. It’s marked.”
