Perez Hilton joins ‘Tomi Lahren Is Fearless’ and says canceling culture is now a game

Perez Hilton: The More Toxic You Are, The More Attention You Get | Tomi Lahren is Fearless
Perez Hilton joins Tomi Lahren in an unfiltered conversation about fame, controversy, and personal transformation. From his rise as one of the internet’s most notorious gossip bloggers to his candid admissions about chasing attention and pushing boundaries, Perez shows the cost of controversy—and why that same “playbook” still drives the media today. He also examines cancellation culture, the state of celebrity, and why some people are “cancellation proof,” and others are not.
In an impressive press conference, Perez Hilton joined the latest episode of OutKick’s “Tomi Lahren is Fearless” to discuss the shocking reality of modern cancellation culture.
The two have found something in common in criticizing digital mobs that they say are more interested in destruction than accountability.

Lahren opened the discussion by comparing today’s climate to the past, noting that the traditional PR purge has been replaced by a mob that wants to end lives over small mistakes.
“The cancellation culture of today and especially of the last few years is cutthroat,” Lahren said. “There are people that we haven’t had in entertainment yet because they slipped a little bit and it was like this bunch of people on the Internet who are like, cancel, end their lives, confirm that they’re dead.”

Lahren emphasized that her stance also applies to critics. “I personally don’t like it,” he commented. “Even with people I don’t like, I don’t believe in canceling culture, unless you have violence. It’s a very different environment now.”
Hilton, who rose to fame with her celebrity nickname in the mid-2000s, acknowledged that the situation has changed.
“I don’t believe in the abolition of tradition either,” Hilton said. “Nick Cannon says, build culture, don’t destroy culture. I like to look at it that way. But that’s if we think people are right.”

Hilton argued that most cancellations today are not about social justice but about mass entertainment.
“What I have noticed in the last five to ten years is that canceling someone has become a form of entertainment and a game,” explained Hilton. “People are not trying to make others answer for the right reasons. They are just doing it to remove their stones.”

Hilton noted that while middle-level figures can be wiped out in a single argument, industry officials often remain untouched.
“There is a law and I don’t have it, that is, yes, unfortunately, canceling the custom still exists,” asserted Hilton. “But if you’re an A-lister, you cancel the proof.”
