Footage from surveillance video outside a Washington Hilton ballroom obtained by The Washington Post shows the moment the suspected would-be assassin of President Donald Trump headed toward the checkpoint where he was shot by the Secret Service.
The footage shows multiple Secret Service agents reacting as Cole Allen, 31, allegedly tried to enter a room full of high-ranking government officials, including Trump, Vice President JD Vance and the first and second ladies.
The agents can be seen breaking one of the two magnetometers as the suspect approaches them. One agent draws his weapon and shoots the suspect. The photos show four of the slimes from those photos. Wednesday’s court filing by prosecutors said the agent fired five shots, but did not hit Allen.
